Center); Glenview village, Northfield Township belongs to Cook County in Illinois
State of Greater Chicago in the United States of America (outside of India).
Hanuman Mandir
(shortly called HSCC) of Greater Chicago has all the major deities
worshipped by the holders of Vedic tradition. It has "one of a kind"
21 feet tall (22.5 feet total height with base) dwvi-sharir Hanuman ji's
Moorti. The glory of this Deity is enhanced by the presence of a
naturally created Kesari Hanuman ji, Radha-Krishna, Shiva Lingam at India's
Narmada river, Ganesh ji, Gurga Mata, Sarasvati Mata, Ram Parivar, Balaji with
Bhudeviji and Shrideviji, Laxmi-Narayan and Shiv Parivar.
Regular
abhiskheka and poojas are offered to all deities in the mandir.
Mandir is
open from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM every day.
On weekdays
(Monday through Friday) shrine is closed from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Aarti takes
place at 8:30 AM, 12:00 noon and 8:00 PM.
