Huge sculpture
of Lord Hanuman is located at Banjari Mata Mandir; Raipur city belongs to
Raipur district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. Raipur is the largest city
and state capital of Chhattisgarh.
This is a very
holy and sacred temple dedicated to Banjari Mata situated on Bilaspur Road, Bhanpuri,
Raipur.
It is
believed that in the place where the Banjari Mata Mandir is located today there
appeared a stone in the shape of Banjari Mata’s idol. Slowly people started
worshipping the idol leading to a temple being constructed around it. Today
people flock in from all over the country for pilgrimage.
